Sayona has adopted guiding principles to ensure all its actions are respectful of the environment and the community. Together, let’s participate in the energy transition in Quebec!

Act

with respect for our employees, their health and safety, and their well-being,
and promote the development of their skills.

with transparency.

to ensure the company’s sustainability.

in harmony with the host communities.

to promote innovation.

in an environmentally responsible manner, encourage the circular economy, and limit the impact of our activities.

Supporting future generations together.

In 2023, more than 38,000 trees have been planted in Villemontel, in Abitibi, to offset emissions from our operations over the past two years. Every action counts! TThis is what the Groupement forestier coopératif Abitibi, the Coopérative de solidarité de Pikogan, and Sayona wanted to highlight in this collaborative project. We are all proud of this initiative, which closely aligns with our promise to take concrete action for the environment.
